Delivery FAQs
Next Day Delivery orders placed before 11:59 PM will be delivered the following day. Standard Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days. Delivery times may vary during peak periods or public holidays.
We currently deliver across the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us at info@riyydrinks.com.
RIYY works with trusted local delivery partners across the UAE. You will receive the specific courier details and a tracking link via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@riyydrinks.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes before your order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee amendments once the order is with our courier.
We are sorry to hear that. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@riyydrinks.com with a photo of the damaged items. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
